Privacy policy
This page is about one form and one phone line. It is short because the site does very little with your details, and specific because a vague version would not be worth reading.
What this site is, before anything else
Moreno Valley Apex Water Damage is a quote service. It does not carry out restoration work. What it does is take a description of what has happened in a house and put it in front of a restoration company working in Moreno Valley, so somebody can price the job. Everything on this page follows from that, and it is stated first because most privacy questions people have about a site like this one are really questions about who ends up with the request.
What the quote form collects
Every item below is a field on the request form, and the list is generated from the form rather than written out here. A list somebody typed goes stale the first time a field is added or taken away, and it goes stale quietly.

Your name
The name you type is what a contractor calls you by. It goes in the request and nowhere else.

A phone number
The number you give is how a quote comes back to you, so it reaches the restoration company the request is passed to.

An email address, optional
An email address is optional and is there for people who would rather read a reply than take a call. If you leave it blank the request still goes.

Which job it is
Water, mold, fire and smoke, or none of those. It decides who the request is useful to before anybody reads a word of it.

What happened
Whatever you write in the box. Treat it as something a stranger will read, because a contractor will: put the room and the damage in it and leave anything else out.

Photographs, if you attach any, optional
Any images you attach travel with the request. A phone writes the time, and often the place, into a photograph, so the file carries whatever your own camera settings put in it.
The form also carries a hidden box that a person never sees and never types in. Automated submissions fill it and people do not, so a filled one is how this site recognises a machine. It holds nothing you entered.
Where a request goes
A completed request reaches us, and we use it to get you a price from a restoration company working in Moreno Valley. No restoration company has standing access to this site's requests today, so a request is read here first and passed on when there is somebody to pass it to.
It is not sold, rented, or added to a marketing list, and it does not go to anybody who is not going to quote the job. That is a commitment about what we do with it rather than a claim about anybody else, and it is the only sort of promise this page is in a position to make.

There is no advertising network on these pages, no social widget, no Google product of any kind, and no script at all from anybody else, so nothing here follows you to another site.
Counting visits
Page views are counted by this site itself, with no analytics company involved and no script from anywhere but this domain. It does not store an address that identifies your connection: what is kept instead is a one-way scramble of the address mixed with today's date, which cannot be turned back into an address and is useless tomorrow.

The site you came from, as a domain name only. Not the page on it, and not a search you typed.

How wide the window is, in pixels. It is here so the pages can be built for the sizes people actually read them at.
Alongside those, the count keeps what any web server sees when it hands you a page: the time, the browser's own description of itself, whether the page was found, and the rough part of the world your connection comes from as the network reports it. It sets no cookie, reads nothing already in your browser, and gives you no identifier that would let one visit be tied to the next.
The web server these pages come from keeps its own request logs, as every web server does. That is a function of hosting rather than a decision made here, and those logs are not joined to anything above.
Other companies involved
These pages are served by Cloudflare, which also runs the small piece of code that receives a form submission. Email about a request is sent through an email delivery provider. The phone number, once there is one, runs on a telephony provider that records and writes out the message. Each of them sees the part of a request it needs to do its job, and none of them is given the request to use for their own ends.
No submission from this site is sent to an artificial intelligence service to be scored or filtered. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
Asking what is held, and asking for it to go
California residents can ask what personal information a business holds about them, ask for it to be deleted, and ask that it is not sold or shared. This site does not sell or share personal information, so the last of those is the position already rather than a request you need to make.
For the first two, send the request form and say what you are asking for. Include enough to find the original submission, which usually means the phone number you used. There is no charge and nobody will ask you to create an account.
Children, and changes to this page
This is a service for householders arranging work on a property. It is not aimed at children and no part of it asks a visitor's age.
If what happens to a request changes, this page is edited in the same change rather than afterwards, and the date at the top moves with it.
